If you haven’t seen the 2020 KIA Telluride yet, you’re missing out! The local KIA dealership can’t keep them in stock. Cambridge Springs resident Darrel K. wanted a high-quality two-way remote start for his Telluride. What’s a two-way? Click here.
Darrel called ENORMIS, and got our remote start specialist Tony Horton. Tony takes care of many KIAs for the local dealership and is well-versed in the KIA vehicles, so he was ready to provide options.
After talking with Darrel about his previous experience with remote starts and discovering where and how he would be using the remote start, Tony thought the Mini two-way was the perfect option for Darrel and his needs. Whether at home or at work, Darrel would be able to start his Kia and know for sure that it is running because the remote will BEEP and flash the lights. The small, one-button remote could also lock his doors from a long distance, with the same light and chirp confirmation.
Darrel made a morning drop-off appointment and technician Art Dougan was assigned the installation. Art had the installation completed by lunchtime without issue. This let Tony run the remote start through its operations and make sure all was working as expected. Call it the quality control period. (Note: Just because ENORMIS pulls a vehicle outside does not mean it is ready for the customer.)
Upon pickup, Tony showed Darrel how to operate the remote start, demonstrated the difference between the two remotes, and answered any questions Darrel had about his new purchase. Another satisfied ENORMIS customer!
