Jennifer decided that a remote start for her daughters Ecosport would be a perfect gift! That’s because her daughter Olivia had just graduated from college and was going out on her own. After all, Jennifer loves the ENORMIS remote start on her 4Runner! Jennifer, a Harborcreek resident, called the store and spoke with Doug Reichert, our integration specialist.
Doug asked Jennifer a few specifics about her 2019 Ford Ecosport push-button start vehicle. Because Doug inquired about the Ecosport and it’s driver, he found out Olivia might be moving to a large city. Doug recommended our factory start v6x with Smartphone app. Olivia never leaves home without her i-Phone. She would be able to remote start, lock and unlock her doors, all from her phone.
No Extra Remotes on remote start for Ecosport
Jennifer loved the idea of Olivia not having to carry an extra remote. But, she was concerned. Does she always have to pull out her phone to use it?. Doug explained that Olivia could also use the factory Ecosport key fob. She could simply press the lock button three times for short-range remote starting. Doug further explained, ENORMIS would install the Ford remote start factory options in the Ecosport! This would allow Olivia to change the Ford remote start settings from her instrument cluster controls. On a cold day, she also could have heated seats to turn on automatically with the remote start.
MECP Professional Installation
MECP-certified technician Ken Whiteman was tasked with the installation. So, Ken installed the necessary modules and loaded the remote start options to the vehicle. When Olivia came to pick up her vehicle, Doug showed her all the functions with her smartphone. He also noticed that Olivia wore an Apple watch and told her how she can now lock, unlock and remote start her vehicle, all from her wrist! Talk about cool!
Olivia was very excited about her early holiday present. Contact ENORMIS about a high-quality remote start for your vehicle!
