This is Jack’s 2018 Chevy plow truck for his Peach Street business and he wanted to have a remote start installed to warm the truck up before starting the plow route. Jack called the store and spoke with Doug Reichert, our product and integration specialist, who recommended our Citamat 1-way remote start.
The Citamat 1-way is a long-range remote with a lock, unlock and start button on it. Jack will not need to carry his Chevy remote anymore. The Citamat 1-way will take the place of the Chevy factory remote and allow Jack to start the truck and lock or unlock the doors from up to 6/10 of a mile away in ideal conditions.
When the truck arrived at the dealership, it went to the plow installation shop and then to ENORMIS for the remote start. MECP technician Art Dougan used Chevy vehicle-specific harnessing for the 2018 Silverado for the installation. This ensures a completely cut- and splice-free install.
If you would like a high-quality remote start installation on your brand-new vehicle, contact the electrical experts at ENORMIS!
We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
