Erie Client Upgrades 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe Radio with Kenwood Solution

A client wanted to replace the OEM radio in his 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe with a navigation unit, USB and BT built-in. He had already done a lot of his homework on features; he just hadn’t picked a unit.

Our advisor Tony showed him a Kenwood unit we had on display and talked about the Garmin navigation built-in. The client already owned a portable Garmin and was familiar, which was great. Since the Tahoe is a larger vehicle, Tony asked if he had thought about adding a backup camera at the same time. He thought that was an excellent idea, so ENORMIS added a backup camera for greater safety and convenience.

The new receiver Kenwood fit in the OEM location without a hitch. We were able to retain the OEM USB port in the center console. ENORMIS also was able to retain the OE Chevy steering wheel controls. The backup camera is perfectly centered above the license plate. It came out really nice.
