High-Security Key-Cutting Helps Save 2018 Hyundai Sonata Owner Money

Alan lost a key to his new 2018 Hyundai Sonata and had called somewhere else — and the cost to replace the key was almost $300!

Alan is an East Erie resident and repeat ENORMIS Mobile Specialties customer. He has used ENORMIS Mobile Specialties in the past for his automotive electrical needs, so Alan called ENORMIS for help.

Alan called the store and spoke with Doug Reichert, our integration specialist. Doug told Alan that we could replace the Hyundai key for a lot less. Instead of ordering the key from Hyundai, ENORMIS ordered the key from a Hyundai supplier. It was sort of like cutting out the middle-man.

Alan stopped by our store on a Monday morning, and Mike Macaluso, our operations manager, cut the key and — most importantly — programmed the key to the Sonata. Mike had Alan’s key cut and programmed in a little under 40 minutes and Alan was back on the road.
