*An appt date should be already set up on the card that was in your gift box.

*If you do NOT have an appt date OR if you wish to CHANGE your appt call us asap. Our phone # is 814.899.8885. Our phone may be busy. Please leave a message and we will call you back!
*You do NOT need the original 8.5″× 11″ receipt. Please just bring the card included in your gift box, and if you don’t have it please don’t worry!
*If you have NOT SPECIFIED A pick up TIME we WILL NEED your VEHICLE ALL DAY. Please do NOT call asking if your car is done. We will call you. If one car gives us technical difficulties that will delay other cars. Your Patience is appreciated!
*We recommend that you drop your car off the night before or in the early morning. Please plan to pick up after 5:00. WE CAN make exceptions if people work second shift or if you are driving from another town, BUT you HAVE to TELL us. (We are open 8:30 til 6:00 Mon-Fri and Sat in the winter from 9:30 to 1ish?)
*We have a key drop on our Garage Door. It is the Garage Door located 20ft to the right of our blue man door. (Putting your keys in labeled envelopes is much appreciated.)
*If you drive a Ford, Lincoln, Mercury vehicle we NEED ALL THE KEYS that start your vehicle!
*Winter is a busy time of year. Please be patient with us!
