I had my Carlink remote starter for my apple smartphone installed by your company when I bought my 2012 Toyota RAV4, probably December 2012 or January 2013. It has worked fine and I was on automatic renewal for the Carlink app but everything has just stopped working. I am not sure why but the remote doesn’t work either, I suppose that could be the battery since I have never used that, just the iphone app. The number on the remote is CATX-MT. I watched your video on how to use the remote but I don’t know if I ever knew whether it was one push, two pushes, or hold it for several seconds. I went onto the Carlink site and I can’t find a phone number to try and call them. I was wondering if I should just come into your store? Do you have any suggestions for me? I really miss my remote working!

oh my, it has batteries! I ….carefully….took them out and put them back in and voila…car starts remotely again!!
